Background:
This client is a Southampton based company specialising in the supply of carpets to the commercial and domestic market since 1999
They have recently expanded and were in the process of taking over a large store in Southampton, when they contacted Industrial Heaters. Their new premises had two old gas fired heaters already in the building. However due to the age and efficiency of the appliances, they wanted options to replace them. One of our surveyors attended site and returned a free, no obligation quotation to replace the old heaters.
Solution:
We installed two Winterwarm XR gas fired suspended heaters, complete with fully modulating burners. Due the positioning of the heaters they were both installed with horizontal concentric flue systems, allowing the appliances to be room sealed.
Result:
The new heaters were installed in a timely manner prior to the opening of the building. Two Multitherm digital controllers were installed to control the heaters. This enables the heaters to have optimised start, frost protection and PIN facility to stop unauthorised use and consequent fuel wastage. The controls can also be interrogated when it comes to burner running times and fault finding.
