Background:

Based in Dorset the customer has been manufacturing paint since 1946 and has become one of the leading paint manufacturers in the country.

Industrial Heaters have been maintaining factory heating appliances here since since 2000. Detailed records are kept for each appliance, and regular inspections ensure continuity of temperature resulting in uninterrupted production.

Across their main manufacturing site Industrial Heaters have carried out multiple replacements.

Solution:
Our most recent project involved the replacement of two suspended heaters and a cabinet heater – replacing them with Winterwarm heaters.

Due to their age and faults, these appliances were beyond economical repair.

Result:

The new Winterwarm factory heaters are fully modulating allowing potential saving in running costs and additional efficiency.

We replaced an old cabinet factory heater with two suspended Winterwarm factory heaters. This had the double benefit of a more efficient distribution of heat and additionally of freeing up valuable floor space, thereby giving the customer more footprint for storage.

Control was provided by a Winterwarm Multitherm keypad operated timeclock, temperature controller, optimised start, frost protection and PIN facility to stop unauthorised use and consequent fuel wastage.
