Background:

A fabricator producing precision stainless steel and aluminum componentry for some of the UK’s most prestigious luxury yacht companies, moved premises from Holton Heath to Poole, Dorset. The new 1,204m2 workshop required a new heating system, along with the service of a VRV air conditioning system and three wall hung boilers.

Solution:

Industrial Heaters installed a Powrmatic LX120F 120kW gas fire unit heater and twelve HCF1400 destratification fans. A magnetic door switch was installed and wired to the heating controls so when the roller doors open, the heaters stop firing saving on fuel consumption. We also relocated a 50kW unit heater from the clients original site. This was positioned in a welding bay.

Our installation was completed on time, ready to use when the client moved in.
